Bucharest is, as all other capitals in the world, the cultural/happening center of the country. There are already events that have tradition, and for every season, its citizens know what to expect in that matter.
The Night of the Museums (May), Street Delivery and White Night of the Cultural Institutes (June), or Bucharest White Night (September) got to their third or fourth edition. Besides that, there are many concerts, theatre, film and circus festivals. You only have to check out the list.
